Overview

Responsibilities
Conduct market research about marketing trends, market & user insight and competitor analysis to explore applicable brand, user growth marketing strategy, opportunities, approach and models; Devise marketing strategy, approach and plan in line with business plan & objective with integration of in-app content, product feature & user activity in marketing initiatives; Exploration and trials on diversified user growth approaches, channels & partners & model; Independent project management including planning, execution, data monitoring & analysis and project review & ROI evaluation. Work closely with ops, product team to support their demand and devise product mechanism & feature and plan integrated marketing campaign accordingly;
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required, MKT related education background. Minimum 2 years experience in brazil market and more than 1 year local working experience, rich local marketing agency resource. Fluent local language speaking; Minimum 6 years of marketing experience covering integrated marketing, Relevant work experience in online content distribution platform/application, Internet companies; Sharp understanding about local market, consumer insights, social media, social content, Internet industry; Logical thinking process, self-motivated, fast learner; Objective & Result driven, good data & analysis skill; Team management experience preferred.
