1. Lead and grow the Mexico and LATAM Sales team 2. Strong knowledge and working experience within the LATAM market 3. Knowledge of agency ecosystem, digital and traditional 4. Experience working in growth environment, builder mentality, global experience in collaboration and growth
Qualifications
1. Previous experience leading a Sales team, deep understanding of Ad tech Sales teams 2. Previous experience in scaling teams and revenue models 3. Strong regional knowledge about data protection and safety best practices 4. Experience in a fast growing team through scaling period 5. Deep understanding of the LATAM environment, and familiar with managing sales teams across LATAM
