You’ll be part of our Restaurants vertical, where you’ll be in charge of helping the GLOBAL team to build the processes to manage the acquisition operation across Latam.
What you’ll do
  • Research, analyze and recommend changes to the sales processes in order to improve performance
  • Drive and implement global initiatives at the local level
  • Communicate changes in process & provide training to impacted teams
  • Improve sales process in CRM to enhance execution
  • Find facts and uncover insights about the sales operation.
What we’re looking for:
  • Passion for a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, helping the company’s growth
  • Experience creating and optimizing process
  • Experience translating raw data into relevant actionable improvements
  • Conversational english (C1).
  • Exceptional skills in Excel (will be assessed).
  • Extra points if:
  • Experience in Zoho CRM
  • Sales management experience
